Recently attempted to work w this agency. Instead of helping me..they directed me to their website to fill out their paperwork myself instead of helping me over the phone.. so lazy and unprofessional. Horrible way to do business.. I won't do business with a company who won't even help their customers over the phone
I would have giving it a five star if it wasn’t for price varying after walk in & not be able to pay for whole year but only six months. As of customer I do appreciate full transparency! But still was able to get a better price than my old insurance coverage!Thank you for that.
