It also has a big living room and large windows that gives your living room sufficient sunlight every day. The kitchen and bathroom are average, but big enough for two people living in it. One room is much bigger than the other, and it is very noisy since you're so near downtown. However, the good part is that it is close to grocery stores, the college, and other downtown areas. So that's the tradeoff.
