The doctor, medical assistant, and Lupe at the front desk were all amazing. I burned my arm and did not have the correct paper work. After three attempts and an ER visit, I was able to at least do my follow up here. The hospital did not clean my burn. They gave me an antibiotic and sent me on my way. I wish I had the Dr’s name at Getwell Urgent Care- he took one look at my arm had the assistant clean and dress my wound. I am grateful they were very understanding and I received the help I needed.
