Lupe is always awesome and very professional
honestly so irritating. i go to get my finger checked out and the doctor looks at it for less than a minute and prescribed an xray and ibuprofen. next day i get the xray and call get well and they say everything is normal. I look at my paperwork and realize the put the wrong finger down. i go back in to try to get the correct finger looked at again and they’re trying to charge me another co pay and when i said the mistake was on your end she got defensive and said well the doctor still saw you and if you want to be seen agai... read more
