Extremely, extremely poor. I had my annual physical exam here, which should be fully covered by insurance. However, three weeks later, I received a bill for the lab tests. After a series of phone calls, I discovered that the doctor's office had not provided my insurance information to the lab, resulting in all the bills being sent to me! Even more frightening is that, in the past, I would get lab test results within 1-2 days after the physical exam, but now, it's been three weeks and I haven't received any lab result report.... read more
Stay away! I've made a visit to get rid of the prolonged cough after Covid to this urgent care. The doctor suggested to use humidifier and the cough will go away on it's own, no treatment needed. The whole visit was 15 mins with 5 mins talking to the doctor. Two weeks after I received a bill for 293$ with 99203 code that states it's level 3 visit that takes 30-45 mins with a doctor and involves moderate complexity diagnosis. I asked the receptionist to adjust the bill and she sent info to the billing office. Nothing changed.... read more
