I don't even have a phone number to even call to make me an appointment the number on the website is wrong that is to the one that used to be on South 3rd Street. They need to update the phone number and quit being lazy about this!
Still waiting for a call back
Cancelled an appointment due to moving out of state. Months later was sent a bill for a no show fee. Called billing and was told it was resolved after providing proof of cancellation. Evidently, billing did not fix the problem as just yesterday I got a collections payment in the mail in the amount of the no show fee. Left a message yesterday and did not receive a call back today. Have tired to make contact multiple times today and the phone just rings.
This place is so unprofessional..
The ABSOLUTE WORST. Call centers know nothing and are the most hateful incompetent people. I tried to get a simple med refill and was ignored and I called everyday for 2 weeks! I can’t stress how terrible these people are.
