Ordered the Buford Deluxe Pen for my husband as an Anniversary gift. Website show both the Pen AND the Display box being engraved. Received today and the box is not. It basic and unattractive. That's a pretty significant let down to me. Just a FYI before you order. It isn't like these are cheap at $165 for a Pen. It's an expensive novelty item and should be sold as shown.
Fantastic customer service! My ring didn't fit right and Gregg answered quickly sent out some rings for me to try on so we could have the right size for our wedding day! I am so happy to be able to wear a piece of history that witnessed a famous charge from such brave men!
