One of the places I will miss most in Gettysburg. I have been a member of this gym for 3 years now, through both of their locations and I am now moving. The care that the crew takes in making sure the gym is clean, functional, and optimized can’t be overstated. I am not the most serious gym goer, but I have been a member of other commercial gyms, such as Gold’s Gym, crunch, and LA Fitness, and this gym blows them all out of the water. Ashton is an amazing trainer. She has been my son personal trainer for almost over two years. My son is autistic and demands a lot of prompt , energy and patience. I am extremely happy with the progress my son has made since he joined the Gym. The owner and personnel have been very kind, professional and make all accomodations possible so my son is comfortable.
My go-to gym anytime I’m nearby. Plenty of good equipment and a ton of room to workout. Then I go to the smoothie place across the street for a post workout protein fix, and get some business cards printed, or door hangers for my business made fast and efficiently down the street at Gburg Print & Frame.
Gettysburg Performance Gym (GPG) is by far, one of the best gyms I have ever worked out at. This is coming from someone who is very familiar with fitness facilities - from large fitness chains to hometown gyms to personal training studios. GPG is a gym centered around one critical aspect - achieving fitness results. Was very apprehensive going to a gym after having major knee surgery and packing on a few to many pounds. I met with Phil who made me feel very comfortable and walked me through a nutrition and workout program. Took advantage of GPGs body scan and received detailed information about where I stood in my journey to lose weight. You can tell Phil truly cares about his cliients and look forward to working with him
