Kirsten is seriously an amazing trainer. She explains everything step by step and will literally demonstrate the moves until you get them right. She knows when to push you harder, but she’s also really good at noticing when you’re struggling and will talk you through it so you don’t feel discouraged. Since working with her I’ve dropped hella lbs and gained a ton of muscle and flexibility. I feel stronger and way more confident in the gym. Great gym. We were visiting Gettysburg and wanted to keep up our workout routine. Couples pricing for 2 days was very reasonable. Proper gym for working out. No people standing around chatting and hogging machines. A bit of a sweaty smell in the gym, but to be expected from an actual “workout” gym.
