Brought my pug in there in Dec and was told see you in a year . Called to schedule for my dog to be fixed and got your dog needs all kinds of shots to be updated . I said last time we were in they said well see you in a year . Lady in phone today said i must have miss understood her in Dec . I said we even called back and questioned it when we picked up our heart guard meds . She said we were in the wrong not there staff. DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS TO THE THEY DONT HAVE A CLUE WHAT THERE DOING .

I have two cats and 2 dogs. Yesterday 7/22/2013 at 12:15pm I arrived in the waiting area for my 12:15pm appointment. I never show up early because you wait at least 45 minutes past your appointment to be seen every time. I brought my 2 year old English bulldog in because he hurt his back left knee. He's been there plenty of times before and they are aware of the stress it is on him and still we wait. They tenderly care for the pet as well as the owner. I have never had such care from the entire staff. This is a 40 min drive for me and I won't go anywhere else.
