I was an old Patient who followed Dr. Mauss to her New Direct Care office from another Traditional in-system Primary Dr. After only one Appointment, I am already noticing a big improvement in Quality, communication and Attention given, over ordinary providers.
Dr. Mauss is excellent! I highly recommend her. She is knowledgeable, respectful, and always so pleasant. Her response time is incredibly quick and she is always willing to go above and beyond with any questions I may have. Our appointments have never felt rushed and I am truly thankful we have her as our doctor!
Dr. Mauss is amazing! He has great insights & wisdom & works hard to get you back to 100%. I'm very grateful to have him in my life. Truly an answer to prayer.
This practice cannot file Medicare claims. Seems to only be interested in collecting money. Focus is too high on lyme disease and the desire to start protocol treatment without a positive way to make a diagnosis. Very little emotional intelligence.
