Make sure you pay attention to the price in their website before you negotiate. I had a trade in they offered $9K for, but later said that they would give me more if I buy a brand new. They raised it to $14,500 for the trade in, and we test drove the new car. After spending 1 hour driving around and getting everything ready, their starting price in the car was $4K higher than their website. Initial transaction went fairly smoothly except for over an hour and a half I was told I'm next in line for finance while watching multiple other people go ahead of me. Then on the way home the vehicle had a bad vibration at highway speed. Called the next morning was told by Anthony he would get it checked out and call back. No call so I called them that evening.
