This company ONLY sells cars that have been in Accidents. They "Fix" the cars in house. They don't. My 2012 Honda civic had bumper sag (didn't see this until a few months after buying car). My 2012 Honda civic's reverse lights were never fixed. I was almost hit at night in a parking lot. Because I looked at the car during the day and could not see the reverse lights did not work. Worst salesmen I've ever encountered. Purchased a vehicle from them, loved the place and the team they had. Called them about a jeep I liked. I wanted to trade my vehicle that I previously purchased from them in for a newer one, and the salesman never returned my call. I then received a call from the customer relations team to see how my experience was going with them. Told them it had been 3 weeks and still haven't heard back from the salesman. I received many phone calls about trading in my car but the day after Christmas I sat for hours discussing what I could afford ! Went into another office to add warranty and extra $ to my payments. Left with a used car we didn't really want, but they said it was the only car I would qualify for. Many blank trips to sign paperwork that wasn't ready.
