Excellent team of professionals who show that customer service is still a priority of the business! The salesperson Kyle, and the manager and finance personnel were kind, knowledgeable, and efficient through the entire process. We will definitely refer friends and family!

This work should have been covered under the warranty. A check engine light on a car I bought 8 weeks ago should not cost $863. It was mostly labor to replace a valve. Nobody even tried to work with me on this. Then I find out that they are closing the dealership permanently and will no longer sell Lincolns. If I had known that 8 weeks ago, I would not have bought a car from them. Very dissatisfied customer.
