We recently purchased a GV80 at Gettel Genesis of Sarasota and are happy with our purchase. However, we were not happy with the service. On our first visit, our sales representative left us sitting while working with another customer which we felt our time was not respected. I wish I could give 10 stars. I have bought over 50 cars in my lifetime and never had such a great experience. They are very nice, caring and not pushy. They take the time to educate you and make you feel welcome. From the sales person Tony, from minute I met him he was a gentleman and a honor to work with. ** Out of state buyer ** Vehicle Purchased: 2021 GV80 Prestige - CPO The Good: Lucio (the salesman) was great to work with. Attentive and responsive. The Bad: The vehicle: When I received the vehicle the windshield wiper was not dispensing fluid and the vehicle was indicating that service needed to be performed.
