Been in twice- first was for an oil change on new GV70 and it went fine. Second attempted visit for recall and other work has been a complete failure. Had a 9am pickup today confirmed twice this week by Gettel. 5 hours later, no show, no call, no text, no contact and not even a returned call. None of the service numbers ever appear staffed at any time- they only go to voicemail. So there is a near zero opportunity to get to an actual person.
