I usually don't give reviews for dealerships, because they are all the same, but this one kinda of lost my respect. I came in on Memorial Day in the AM to look at the AMG GT63s they have had on their lot for about 30 days now. Train your sales staff to read — and respect — the customer. Let me start by saying I genuinely love the Genesis product. I’m a two-time and current owner of a 2026 Genesis GV80, as well as a two-time owner of the Palisade Calligraphy, including a current 2026 model. We purchased a Gv80 in 2024. Service is absolutely horrible at Sarasota Genesis. They have had our car for a week and a half with no answer to when it will be done or what is even wrong with it, how can that be? No explanation on why it is taking so long customer service is lacking. We asked for a loaner because of how long they have had it but not available. Renting a car because we have guest.
