UPDATE 7/22: After the manager responded with his phone number almost 2 months ago, I called several times, left messages on VM and with the receptionist, verified that he does work there and NO response. They don't care about their customers. Sells cars with luxury features but this is NOT a luxury car dealership - I recommend you go elsewhere. I traded in my lease car for a new lease car. They were great helping me with the process. They could next time explain that when I am signing documents mention that my old lease vehicle is taken care of during the signing process. I had to call multiple times to finance manager to ask for my old car lease pay out document, just to be sure. This process could have been better. Genesis are great cars, I am loving it so far. But didn't felt like I was treated as a customer.

My salesman was Jonathan Mitchell and was very helpful during and after the transaction was completed. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
They got me in quickly. They were very communicative. Couldn’t ask for better. Madison, my service advisor, was amazing! She kept me advised and made sure that my car was spotless when I got it. Above and beyond. She was amazing!
