Our vehicle was at the shop for two and a half weeks having to be repainted three times, now having to be repainted a fourth time and hopefully the final time. First rejection the paint wasn't even smooth. It had craters in the paint and the clear coat had a frosted appearance to it. Body work looks great, but be prepared for mediocre customer service (had to call several times initially to get update & took two weeks to complete repairs. There was a delay I was told due to insurance not receiving a supplemental request. When I called on Tuesday they said they sent the request in on Monday & would call me back at the end of the day if any issues however I did not receive a call & when I called to check on things on Thursday I was told they didn't receive any response from the insurance company and they w... read more

Eric in Collision Repair & his team did a superb job on the repair of our vehicle. The repair was flawless. It looks brand new. Eric was excellent with his communications with me about updates in the process of the repair. I would recommend Eric & his team.
