Matt Shake Handled my accident situation very quickly, professionally and courteously! He explained step-by-step all the procedures of getting the car fixed and was very accurate. My car looked great thanks to the guys in the auto body shop and it was done quickly. People couldn’t believe I had my car looking great again so soon. On 6/13/2024 Gettel reported on my Car Fax report an accident with minor damage. This was an error from Gettel. I called on 1/17/2025 asking them to remove their error. JP promised me he would take care of their mistake. He did not and I lost $2000 on my trade in made on 1/24/2025. He just lied to me on the phone and told me he tried to call me. This is not true.....My advice to you is if you decide to take your vehicle for repair....make sure to check the car fax to verify that the reports are accurate.
My 2019 GMC Sierra Denali had paint and body damage from hurricane Ian. This place was great, especially Martin, dealing with my insurance company and getting all the damage fixed. I highly recommend them!
