If you like to spend a lot of time at a dealership this is the place to go ! They will keep you waiting and waiting. I have had nothing but a poor experience after purchasing two cars from them. Now the service department is not capable of reading and writing. Thanks for the 3 1/2 hour wait, for that oil change and rotation.
For two weeks I never had any contact! I had to call them on a car I was paying over market for to arrange my delivery day. Then once I show up they have nothing ready to go. Let me remind you, they had 19 days to prepare. I arrive to see a car that was supposed to be ready sitting in detail. Then upon inspecting it find a large scratch on the rear of the car! My husband and I had a great experience buying a used Honda CRV at Gettel Acura of Sarasota! We had the pleasure of working with Austin, Matt and their GM Jason. All made our deal happen! Very friendly dealership with no pressure. We also enjoyed seeing all the high-end vehicles they had on the lot. Very nice showroom, very friendly staff and high-quality service they put into their used cars before they even put them up for sale. Thank you for a very pleasant experience!
