Made a reservation a month in advance.. three days before our big vacation birthday family trip I called for confirmation and was told that my all day rental was put down as a two hour rental... then when I got upset, he told me they didn’t have ANY boats available that day.... I called about a month ahead to reserve a pontoon boat for a special occasion and then called and confirmed 3 days ago to be sure we were good. We showed up today and were told they had no boat for us and offered no substitutions or compensation. No apology, no reason but just a short "we screwed up" and "we can't help you". As a professional business owner I was astonished at the rudeness of the woman on duty and I'll be calling the manager.
