RecommendedFor us, Get Callers had the best value and service of 5 other services we inquired about. They're responsive, let you interview as many agents as you want, no contracts and pay as you go. The callers are trainable, work hard and you can contact them when needed. You can also record all calls which really helps with continued training.
Very disappointing. Paid the $25 setup fee and arranged an onboarding call for 3pm the next day. No call ever came, and no communication from GetCallers. Reschedule it to a Zoom call instead for another day, again 3pm. Again, no one turned up to the call. They still have the $25, haven't responded to the email I sent requesting a refund and haven't turned up for any scheduled meetings/calls.
