first of all this people are not qualified to do what they say they will, second of all they are not professional at all, they wont respond to emails or request, third of all they charged me one week when my caller was off for 3 out of 5 days because a family situation and they were supposed to refund me and its been 4MONTHS and they say they will and they wont.... as someone who NEVER WRITES REVIEWS and never bothers to bash anyone's business i can tell you im taking my time to do this because i wish i had believed the bad ... read more

Poor 1st call with their sales team. Told him we were ready to move forward and they failed to listen and answer simple questions. Felt like I was literally speaking with a call center, with no care to detail or attention to quality. When I asked them specific questions, they basically said, they don't know, but were afraid to say that. The best part worst, I asked to schedule a call with someone who would have the answer and they just hung up on me. Stay away.

I CANCELED MY SERVICE AND I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY REFUND OF $221 YET. IT'S BEEN 20 DAYS AND I SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE MY REFUND IN 14 DAYS

I couldn’t be happier with the professionalism and the corporate culture. Before I hired a person and I had to do all the management I feel so much better now that I have a company that takes care of dealing with the employee so that frees up my time and my stress My caller has saved me so much time it’s been a dream I highly recommend this company

I own a marketing agency and was hoping to partner with GetCallers. No call no showed the first two training appointments. Very disorganized. Requested information multiple times instead of saving it. Faulty platforms and processes. Requested a refund over two weeks ago to no avail. Very disappointed.

Worse service, told them to stop cold calling they continued! Didn't even want a refund from the hours paid, just wanted to cease calls! Wanted to cease calls because of my caller didn't have script down and would freeze up on calls, and when voicemail comes on she still said script even though I sent voicemail script. Worse services ever!! BEWARE AND WATCH THE HOURS! UPDATE: Stars are incorrect they will call you and try to persuade you to remove your review and offer refund.
