We paid approximately $417for our stay and expected, at the very least, to arrive at a clean and properly prepared cabin. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The main issue was the cleanliness and condition of the cabin when we arrived. For the price we paid, I do not believe a guest should have to arrive and then request that the property be properly cleaned. I contacted management afterward and explained my concerns. There are two concerns. 1. We have encountered bed bugs in the Patsy suite(we have total 6 suites in this booking). My wife and I began to feel symptoms become visible and itching the day later as long as three days. At first we thought it was just other, but the pattern developed. We are concerned of future guests. 2. We called customers service, the first agent was extremely polite and concern of our well being(8/19 @ 2:29 pm time). I loved this place, perfect for a one relaxing night in nature. Perfect and clean, also want to thank Heather for her great customer service. I wish the walking trail was more safe, I wouldn’t recommend the nature trail. The Hammock was very dirty and wet , we were not able to use it. Other than that it was great.
