(Please be advised I am not a big nature person so my review my be biased please take that into consideration) It was great for the price I paid. The room is nice but for anything over $100 a night it is beyond overpriced for a place riddled with bugs. You only get an about 5 min hot shower and its pitch black after night fall so you couldn’t even leave safely in an emergency especially with a bunch of trees around. We had a great stay at Postcard cabins! Thankful we found a place that allowed our dog to stay with us! Great location out in the woods, but still just about 15 minutes from Shenandoah National Park. We didn’t experience any negative smells or bugs as other reviews had mentioned! Amazing experience with our pups! Our cabin (Irving) was super clean and prepped for our pups. The walking trails are peaceful and well maintained. We loved that they supplied pour over coffee, firewood and treats for the pups! We have told all our friends and plan to try out their other locations.
When we arrived, there were cockroaches all over the cabin, including in the bed! it was so disgusting, we instantly ran out and had to book a hotel for the night. I truly do not understand how people spend so much money a night on this garbage place. It’s an actual glorified shack. You even have to pay for coffee. Even Airbnbs offer coffee! In addition, you are very close to other people and highway. Do not... read more
Funny story! I planned to tent camp at Shenandoah National Park, but it was pouring rain! Thank goodness there were these tiny cabins. I was able to book last minute and I appreciate the quiet, dry, warm space. This was my second experience with these cabins and I love them so much!
