We stayed here for 3 nights and were disappointed with there not being a heated pool as mentioned on there website. It was very cold. Apparently they are waiting for a part to arrive???? They could of told us this when we booked online on there website.. The bathrooms had a terrible smell which was caused by the shower drain. It was disgusting. I do have photos but will not add to this as it is disgusting. The bathrooms need updating. .Very old shower with mould in the tiles and slime around bottom of shower .Had to clean it... read more
Overall its a nice property but here are the things we dint know before we entered. - No lift - so you might have to carry your luggage up till 2 floors. - No housekeeping - staff is also available for limited time - so thats the only time you can get things like towel.. for people like us who were mostly out exploring in the day the overlap was almost none. - provides free parking (big positive) But if these are not a concern for you.. it’s a good property.
Great place for my family to stay while exploring Cairns. Staff are extremely helpful & have a great knowledge of Cains & all the tourists attractions. Well appointed clean rooms with everything we needed.
