Overall we had a great time and we would stay here again. One evening we hung out around the campfire and the second evening was a wind storm so no fire. Our friends from another cabin joined us to have a cozy but great time playing board games inside.
Really nothing to complain about. If size matters to you This is probably not the place to stay. It is small. We were comfortable, we were able to have a small campfire and relax. We traveled into Wimberly did some shopping and had a nice meal. There's an HEB nearby that has everything you might need. The staff at the cabin was very responsive. We did enjoy our stay.
We recently stayed at Postcard Cabins, Hill Country, and unfortunately the photos did not accurately reflect the condition of the cabin. While it’s marketed as a “new” hotel, the cabin felt very worn down. The stairs leading to the door were rickety, the picnic table was splintered and crooked, and the grill was placed uncomfortably close to trees, which raised safety concerns. We enjoy all the amenities of these amazing cabins. However, the shower head very badly needs to be replaced.
