We attempted cancelling and despite having evidence of that, the resort did not approve the cancellation and still charged full price. Definitely not the customer service you would expect.

I was super excited to come here and celebrate my gfs birthday. We knew it would be snowy and rainy but had no idea that the property isn’t salted properly. You need a 4 wheel drive no questions asked but even those cars were getting stuck. The whole driveway to our cabin was solid ice. When we tried to call for help they send someone to tell us to tow our car because they could not help. So, we had to wait 3 hours for a towing company. Went to go book my 3rd trip usually my wife and I do our anniversary here, saw they got bought out by Marriott sadly it’s been ruined with Marriott pricing we use to be able to get our anniversary weekend for 150 a night now it’s 399$ ridiculous Marriott ruins everything and sad the owners went to them
