Bad reservation service. I book this place and cancel my booking without notifying. Not recommend anyone to book.
Beginning a stay can make or break your night... I felt the info neccesary was confusing at best, and when I arrived, I had muddy steps to climb down to get to my unit. Perhaps this was standard? I checked that out, and didn't see any that weren't able to drive to the front door?! As a platinum member I would have hoped they would have considered that... Apparently not. When I contacted mgmt, I was given a dismissive answer of "we'll be more mindful next time" This time?!!!!
Enjoyed our stay until realizing the inconvenience of not having a property office that you can ask questions and call. Worst is, we left our Therrugun in our cabin worth 500$, called Marriott and no action taken. Looks like workers are dishonest. Sadly. Stay is good, cabin is smaller than expected but okay experience.
