Tiny cabin situated at 6300ft in the San Bernadino Forest, they are well-supplied with a comfortable bed and bathroom. The standout here is the location. It's simply stunning. We didn't even have a cabin with a canyon view. ( ask for Tom or Renata😉 ) Sergio at check in was very personable. They were under a burn ban, but thoughtfully provided a propane BBQ and 2 cans of propane.
Our experience at Postcard Cabins Big Bear was extremely disappointing. Just six hours before our check-in, we received a text stating that we could not use the fire pit due to the high fire season. This was a major letdown, as we had been looking forward to making s’mores and sitting around the fire to enjoy the night view—one of the highlights of a cabin stay. After reading some of the other reviews, I was initially a bit concerned. However, a friend and I booked a double queen cabin, and we loved it here. The outdoor views are STUNNING, and the cabins are spread out enough that you have privacy and definitely don't feel like you're on top of your neighbors. The cabin had everything we needed, and we were very comfortable. The pillows are godawful (flat, no support), and it'd be easier to get in and out of the shower without the glass door, but those are my main complaints. I love... read more
