Gone downhill ,used to be an efficient/compassionate/professional outfit. Don’t bother with this company. You will end up paying ALOT more than agreed upon for substandard vehicles .
Heartless thieves! Spoke with Guy in regards to the unauthorised access to my account and was meet with a “Nothing I can do,along with a condescending- what a shame” Used to be a compassionate bunch of workers,now I suggest AVOID! No communication to advise that money was being taken,took all a my money. What they have done is theft! Accessing my account without any knowledge and taking all a my money. Absolutely pathetic service. Avoid this disgraceful business at all costs. They book you in for a vehicle, then rent it out to someone else because they want it for a longer period. This has happened at least 4 different times but I have stupidly returned to them, but not any more. Some of the excuses they will offer you are, you wanted a different type of vehicle than what you booked, or the previous user hasn't returned the vehicle yet.
