Absolutely pathetic service. Avoid this disgraceful business at all costs. They book you in for a vehicle, then rent it out to someone else because they want it for a longer period. This has happened at least 4 different times but I have stupidly returned to them, but not any more. Some of the excuses they will offer you are, you wanted a different type of vehicle than what you booked, or the previous user hasn't returned the vehicle yet. Sick place. Rented a Honda city and did burnouts in the parking lot of the maccas on Parramatta rd.
