When I travel from Nashville Tn to visit my son in Pontiac,I always come in and pay for a few days to get my workout in. Gym is clean and has some great equipment!
This gym has everything needed to start your fitness journey. Great selection of free weights and machine weight. The facility is not too large nor small, has a bit of an old school bodybuilders gym. Facility manager was gracious enough to allow me day pass free of charge which was very cool!🤙 I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone who’s looking for gym. That’s being a winner🥇 baby!!!
