I didn’t buy a boat from getwet. I got a bass boat, bought it used an had no idea about anything with a boat. Took it to GetWet to have them check it out. I was scared to death dropping it off. I had a Carolina Skiff when I met Randy. He sold my boat for me and put me in a Sea Pro 228. After about 9 months I decided I wanted to go bigger, so I bought a 248. I've really enjoyed getting to know him and his entire family. If you want to do business with someone who will treat you like a number, go somewhere else! At Get Wet Marine, they really do treat you like family. I go by there often and it surprises me how many customers come in that have became friends with them. What are you waiting for.... Quick and nice to sell a boat. After money is exchanged customer service is down the drain. Won’t call back and also won’t follow through with what they said they would do. Had some issues and boat sat over a month before even getting touched. Then issues with trailer and they wanted to charge 3x what initially was quoted.
I have bought several boats from get wet marine over the years and impartiality randy Moore himself. I can honestly say that randy and the entire crew at get wet marine have ALWAYS went the extra mile. Weather it be with the sell of the boat the servicing of the boat helping me and my family with accessories that we may need the is an amazing place to do business with. My most current purchase was a centurion F21 and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you for the outstanding service guys.
