I called to ask if they were still taking walk-ins at the time. I was asked a question and as I was answering and explaining what the concern was, the lady cut me off and said "no where fully booked". What's the point of asking me questions if your going to rudely cut me off mid sentence and say it's fully anyways...
Terrible customer service, the place stinks. I had an appointment at 12. and there is no one here and she says “We are running behind on schedule” like i literally have an appointment at 12. She was so rude she kept my ID and health card the whole time. This is a terrible experience she let walk ins go in before me! I have an appointment like what??? Do not ever come here this place needs to shut down.
The place is disgusting, I have neverbeen in such a dirty medical office, I even asked the female doctor that I was going to meet for the first time , I asked why is this place so dirty , she said I was rude .
