I’ve been waiting for this appointment for 2 weeks. My appointment was at 10:30 AM, and there wasn’t even anyone else waiting with me. There were only 2 people already inside, but when they finally called me in, I still had to wait another 30–50 minutes in the room… seriously?! So technically, I waited for about 1 hour and 30 minutes. What’s the point of having appointments then? And when it was finally my turn, it didn’t even take 2 minutes before she was done. Having had enough of waiting over two hours even with an appointment, I switched to a new family doctor, also nearby. I experienced a remarkable turnaround: my 2 PM appointment，I saw my family doctore at 2:05 PM, ended at 2:30 PM. This was something I never imagined before. While I'm very grateful to Dr. Suma for her dedication as a family doctor over the past few years, I would advise against over booking ， Making money is important, but respecting patients' time is crucial.
Claims to be open at 8 am but doctor only comes at 9:45. What a waste
