Appointment times are just loose suggestions. If you've made an appointment, expect to wait AT LEAST an hour after your appointment time. I made an appointment at 11am, and I wasn't seen until 12:15pm. It doesn't matter how busy they are. You will wait. They have been this way for the 4 years that I have reluctantly been going to them.
