I am a south Florida resident with Lyme from when I was a child in NJ in the 1980s. I always thought that I “had” Lyme disease not understanding the nature of this bacteria. I had been through years of going to doctors here in South Florida for repeat infection and chronic pain. Dr. Greenfield truly saved my life in 2017. I was having heart problems, seizures, unexplained neurological issues and more, and he finally diagnosed me with Lyme disease after I had seen 17 specialists, and still had no diagnosis. He is kind and patient and truly cares about his patients! He will work with you to figure out the best course of action. I can’t recommend him enough!
Gladys is the best when I call she answers every question I ask her, she always calls back she is the most friendliest person I can talk to.. trust me if anyone says anything less . Something has to be wrong with them.
Doctor is good so far, but the lady who works in the front office is TERRIBLE. That is my reason for the 2 stars. She’s angry, mean, and speaks at a constant yell and an accusatory tone. When I ask a question or leave a voicemail, she NEVER responds in a way that makes sense. Her responses are alway strange, out of left field, and not helpful at all, and often overcomplicate things and make them harder. Thank you, Dr. Greenfield, for your compassionate care! I highly recommend Dr. Greenfield to anyone who has Lyme and / or a related borrelia co-infection. With a world of knowledge in this area, Dr. Greenfield's thoughtful and healing care helped me recover from Lyme and get my life back. I am so grateful to him and hold him in the highest esteem. My only regret is that I didn't meet Dr. Greenfield earlier.
