What a great gym! I started working out here and my first session was with Alexa who was fantastic. Staff are very nice and Alexa was in tune to everyone’s needs while making sure we got the most out of our workouts. Comfortable and welcoming environment especially for a newbie like myself!
This is by far the best gym I have ever been to. I was only living in the area for six months, but I learned so much and became so much stronger in that time. Lance and the other trainers are fantastic, and with such small classes you have a lot of one-on-one coaching. The exercises are also really adaptable to your fitness level and Lance is always thoughtful about modifying to address any injuries. Also, the other members are great and very welcoming.
