I signed up for an online rental for a 10 foot truck and furniture dolly with a coupon that let me drive out and then get a heavy discount and lots of miles covered for bringing it back to the same location. Upon getting there for pickup I was told I could only have a 15 foot truck and no dolly. Highly inconvenient and more space then I needed, but ok.
