Best BBQ in central PA! (Wish I would’ve taken a picture but we inhaled it!) Highly recommend getting a beef rib, 10 out of stinkin 10!! You also need to get some brisket, it was SO delicious. What really stood out to us was the owner and employees, they were so kind and generous! You definitely have two new loyal customers 🙌

Food was excellent... one small suggestion. Your baked potatoes can be cooked in smaller batches so they are fresh, steaming and have a white mealy texture. Also they can be pulled from the oven a few minutes before fully cooked and they will finish to fully cooked on their own. You may have to experiment with your cooking procedures to get this just right. I'm sure the amount of business your doing makes this difficult to achieve.
