Kass was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly! She did an amazing job and I am so happy with how my hair came out! Would absolutely recommend and will definitely be back!
She is very unprofessional. She’s not licensed. If you do something she doesn’t like she will say to your face “I hate when people…” insert whatever you just did. She doesn’t wash her combs. She doesn’t change out the water for dipping your ends. Doesn’t have enough customer service skills to listen to any concerns you may have. You’ll be fine getting medium knotless or bigger, but if you DM and ask for small knotless you will be getting medium sized parts in the back and small in the front.
