I was looking for a fitness instructor and my hair stylist recommended this place. I was blown away. The atmosphere was so welcoming and vibrant. Ashley's passion is evident in every aspect of her business. With her guidance, wealth of knowledge and experience, I continue to see my progress daily. Her fitness studio is truly a staple in this community. I'm proud to support this woman black owned business and encourage others to check her out also.

One of the best trainers I have had! Ashley is very knowledgeable and experienced with details of the body movement she always makes it fun and interesting never a dull moment , Ashley has the best work out regimens for your needs ! I would recommend this fitness studio to all the ladies!!
