Deniz and Dean did a fantastic job repairing my toilet. Extremely professional advice, clean work. Upgraded the parts in the process yet honoured his original quote. Could not have asked for better service. In addition, he provided the initial quote the quickest and was spot on for the time the job was booked in. Definitely would recommend and use them again.

We did not experience a professional level of service from this business at the quotation stage. After going through trouble to arrange our plans around this quotation meeting (to be fair, they wouldn't have known about the effort we went through), to our disappointment, the plumber did not show up at the agreed time. He was also unresponsive to our check in messages and calls. To this day we do not have any explanation for the no-show. We will take our business elsewhere, hopefully with better service.

Denis and his team were very professional. He came quoted , once’s the quote was accepted he began work quickly. Made sure everything worked and the site was cleared by the end of the day. His knowledge and skill in plumbing is evident. He has replaced my previous plumber and i will recommend him to my friends and family.
