I had a very uncomfortable and disappointing experience at Nōmi Nail Bar. I felt that I was treated rudely and differently because of my gender identity. I arrived expecting to receive service, but instead I was made to wait and then, after already waiting, was told that I needed to leave and come back in another hour.
