Terrible! Joanne, the owner, is apparently ok, but the rest of the staff is horrible. They are completely unprofessional and do not listen to what is asked. He didn’t even bother to remove the previous polish!

August 2011 - No stars from me. I would not recommend the group working at this salon at this time. I had treated myself to a mani/ pedi for my birthday. I will not go to this group again. This nail salon changes hands periodically. This group is apparently a family. There was a child running around who was still in diapers. When I entered and asked for a mani / pedi – the one operator in the room at the time, hollered, “Choose (your) color.” When I said I had my own, I don’t think he understood me, or was ignoring my respon... read more
