Faye absolutely saved us out of towners by making sure we had a ride from the Amtrak station and then giving us a ride for such an affordable cost. A bit odd that this seems to be the only transit option for Elko but Faye, the angel of Elko thanks for making sure we were safe!
They get me the "last mile" from the AMTRAK station to my house every time for just a couple of bucks, even though it is 4 am every time. Very helpful and convenient!
Im updating from 5 stars to 1 star. At first convenient. It was nice having some access to Elko from Spring Creek. As a disabled senior one can be isolated. Lately dispatch hasn't been efficient. I'm on a provisional list. Most times they can accommodate a ride to town and home. If no ride home is unavailable, I would receive a text usually the day before a scheduled ride.
