We moved a home office with a lot of electronics. Jason and Ramon labeled, padded and ensured safe loading, then secured everything for transit. Michelle coordinated the Professional vehicle transport service for our second vehicle. Timely delivery, secure warehousing for a few days and an Amazing Crew that communicated clearly. The moving service was great and the price remained reasonable despite extra packing materials.
Overall, the service provided was good. It was stressful to start as they were two hours behind schedule and my house was closing that day, which was time sensitive. They called once to let me know, but I had to call back an hour after that to find out when they were coming. We went with this company based on the reviews, and now I'm questioning who is writing them. I wish I was exaggerating in saying this, however, every single piece of furniture, excluding dining chairs, are extensively damaged. There are chunks of wood out of each piece, and there is no option to fix them such as touching them up. My father had a stressful move - move dates were March 5th, and then items were stored in their storage warehouse and then reloaded and moved into his new house March 9th. These guys were great. I had a lot more stuff than expected, but they used the space efficiently and figured things out when it became clear one trip wouldn’t be enough.They quickly arranged for another truck, and it arrived within about 30 minutes while the first one headed out. Everything was handled smoothly without turning it into a stressful situation.They were professional, helpful, and very accommodating the whole time. Whatever I needed, they took care of it quickly. I’d definitely recommend GetMovers.
Prabh, Zurab, Maheer, Mahin and Maharan. As a team they were superb and very co ordinate. The guys were so polite and humble with good manners and behaviour. They were very professional and went above and beyond. It was a huge move with 2 full trucks of furniture and boxes but they made it so smooth and stress free.
