No Star. Unfortunately to submit i have to select one. Have submitted and given access to personal info 2x's, both times I was promised that I would hear back within a few days, both times weeks have passed by with nary a word as next steps or anything. In both instances, I have had to contact The "agent" responsible for my case. 1st time I was told that due to originizational changes and his vacation, my file was somehow forgotten. I went from not being able to get a home in a town I didn’t even like to closing on a great home near family thanks to Dustin. He made the experience very easy, explained anything I had questions on as a new home buyer, and made the experience as stress free as possible. The whole process only took a month and I closed on my home before the holiday weekend. Make sure and ask for him to help take some stress away!
