I was happy with my service at Get Money Tax service I have been to several of there locations I first went to 79th and I had stephanie the manager do my taxes then I moved over to the buckeye area and it was a young lady named Jaquetta who was very nice last year then this year i went to East Cleveland and a guy named Michael did my taxes all were nice and I even received a advance for 500 and at the time I WAS BROKE SO YES I WAS HAPPY THAT I RECEIVED THE MONEY and hey I didnt complain about my fees you pay for convenience!... read more
i was very happy with my experience at get money tax service they are a great place to get your taxes prepared.
DO NOT go to this place every thing about this place was not business like the place I went to the guy was on the phone the same time that he was doing my refund, (personal call ) the building was cold no heat don't ask me why I gave these people my Social Security number to start with......OMG they first told me that I would recieve my refund on Jan.25 Direct Deposit that was a lie, then they told me it would come to my account and I would have to come pay them that was a lie the IRS told me today Jan.31st that there is a w... read more
They Take your money with LIES!!!!!!! Charged all kinds of unknown fees!! Even charged a fee to get my money on the 25th and they wont return my call!!! Im calling the BBB on these people!!!!!!
