Very difficult to get in contact with. Tricia is nice but it's a struggle to get the care I need.
She was at one time great. However, over the past few months she has been absolutely awful. I wish I could give her zero stars. Due to her negligence I was without medication for two weeks despite me and my wife calling and leaving multiple voicemails. I ended up being hospitalized. Has she taken the time to call back or anything? Nope. Don't go here.
The worst possible person you can go to for psychiatric counseling. I booked with Tricia rumble through grow therapy and she was inconsistent with sessions, and entirely lazy with my care. She showed up late frequently to my session. She did not respond to my request for a medication refill after upping a Lexapro prescription for my severe anxiety and depression to 20mg, leaving me to suffer a mental spiral after my medication wore off.
