Don’t waste your money here!! The inspector missed obvious things. Less than a month living in our house and we have a leaky roof. When we took the time to take the leaves off the roofer on our window, the damage was obvious. This was something that was completely missed by our inspector. He also missed two rotting windows that we noticed, but failed to be in our inspection report. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

I thought that Robb was very thorough in performing his inspection and creating the report. He also did a good job of walking me through the report and going over some additional questions when we met at the property after he completed his inspection. Scheduling was also very easy, and Robb was able to accommodate a late change in the date of the inspection, which was greatly appreciated.
