We had Get Green Carpet Cleaners the other day. Excellent service, friendly and on time. Derek and John were very accommodating to our requests. Jessica set up our service in a short period of time which I liked. The products used are pet friendly which was nice as we often pet sit for family. The house smells wonderfully fresh too! I had a very good experience. The stains were eliminated completely from my Pottery Barn sofa. Derek, the technician, showed up on time and was extremely thorough throughout the cleaning process and Jessica was highly communicative and pleasant to interact with for scheduling. While the final cost came above the estimated range that I was provided with, that was acceptable to me since the cleaning was effective.
Easy and friendly booking. On time - in fact, early, which worked well for me. My carpets look beautiful. Very pleasant to work with. Will definitely use again.
