Great job Jessica went the extra mile to schedule me quickly as I just purchased the house and anxious to move in. John arrived on time and got right to work. He's a real pro. very respectful, polite and friendly. I couldn't be happier with the results. It was a pleasure to meet both Jessica on the phone and John at the house. Jessica and John came out to clean the carpets at my parents house. With two small dogs and a toddler, the carpets needed help! I cannot say enough good words to describe the experience. They returned my call immediately, and scheduling was a breeze. I called a week prior to the appointment and asked if we could pull in our appointment. Jessica was able to make that happen. Issue: Urine on Mattress. I called on a Sunday and received an immediate response to come the following day to clean the mattress. The company was amazing! They were professional and knew exactly what needed to be done. The urine was completely taken out of the mattress and now the mattress looks and smells brand new again! I would recommend them to everyone and will be using them again for any other cleaning needed done.
