The best place for the workouts. Trainers are very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend to everybody. Nice atmosphere!
Joe and Raja are tops. Between the strength and cardio training along with the nutrition program that I have been set up with I'm now on the right track. This former Marine is definitely benefiting from this in addition to seeing results.
