The gym group fitness training classes are good (each instructor offers something different in style and workout) and the cost for membership with unlimited classes is slightly less than Orange Theory ($129 per month). My rating is based on my participation in and completion of the Transformation program. The cost was $1500 for 12 weeks. After being told what the price would be for a 12 week program I told Joe I wished I could join his program, but it was too expensive. Joe replied with an insulting email and an attempt to guilt me into becoming a member. I am surprised by the insults and hope that he doesn't make anyone else feel the way I do. Thank you Joe for the boost to my confidence.

I decided to get on an exercise program to better my health & decided to check out GFT. I joined after my first appointment with Joe. He was very knowledgeable about diet & fitness, & he seemed to really care about his clients. We went through some exercises so I could get a sample of what I would be going through.
