Get Fit NOW Gym, formerly known as Al Irish’s Shut Up and Box, is under new ownership! At Get Fit NOW! Gym, our mission is to promote health. We share a strong sense of community and are here to help in your health and fitness journey. We make sure that each class is different and unique giving you our “NOW!” No Ordinary Workout experience! We want everyone to have fun, challenge themselves, and sweat it out at Get Fit NOW! Gym.

I have been going to this gym almost 2 years now. I absolutely love everything about it. All the trainers there know you and will always give multiple ways of doing things so you’re not getting hurt. We have challenges all the time for a little extra push. Everyone that comes is awesome and we all get along great. Have events outside the gym every once in a while. Usually people want a buddy to go to the gym with but here you already got them waiting for you.
Friendly environment, great workout, amazing staff, and fair prices. Can’t wait to get whipped into shape with these great people!
Shawn runs a GREAT gym with a good selection of different workouts, anything from boxing technique to TRX to HIIT to full body circuits. Great instructors across the board, I've really upped my fighting capabilities working with Nikki. Also, great members and a nice community of people. Fair pricing as well! I would recommend for anyone looking to get into excellent shape. No excuses!
A year ago I lost all motivation to exercise and went from the best shape in my life to the worst. I looked at typical gyms first but knew I would never keep myself into it and personal trainers will get expensive. The classes offer here are as good of a workout as I've gotten anywhere before. The instructors are driven and pay close attention to your progress and that in return motivates yourself to do better. An additional benefit to getting in shape is they teach you how to box.
