I have been training at Get Fit NH for more than 10 years. Training is different every day; the coaches are knowledgeable, and the class is fun. The coaches will offer adaptations if you are unable to complete a particular exercise with the correct form, or push you if they think you can do more than you are. It's been a great place for me.
I can't believe I'm coming up on NINE YEARS of the best fitness journey I've ever been on. Came in for the free two week trial and have not walked away. Well...maybe I've walked away , stronger and fitter and with greater confidence than I knew I could have. Meagan Baron owns and runs a great gym....like none you will ever experience.
